The fruit for this Paso Robles Pinot Noir was primarily sourced from a Hoffman Clone. The wine was aged in 100% new Troncais French Oak, the oaks small grain allowed us to age the wine for 18 month. Spice and cherry flavors mingle nicely with a hint of vanilla and butterscotch.
