Tasting Notes The fruit for this Paso Robles Pinot Noir was primarily sourced from a Hoffman Clone. The wine was aged in 100% new Troncais French Oak, the oaks small grain allowed us to age the wine for 18 month. Spice and cherry flavors mingle nicely with a hint of vanilla and butterscotch.

Tasting Notes This Pinot Noir was born on the hillsides approaching the Pacific Ocean in the Santa Rita Hills. We aged this wine 18 months in 100% new French Oak from the Troncais forest of France. It has developed cherries and minerals on the front palette with vanilla, cherries, a touch of anise and a hint of the French oak in the back.
