This Chardonnay was born on the hillsides approaching the Pacific Ocean near Santa Maria. We aged this wine 12 months in 100% new American Oak. It has developed a tropical blend of green apples, citrus with a nice oaky, buttery finish. This wine went through full malolactic fermentation.
