This 100% Chardonnay went through a complete malolactic fermentation and then aged on 100% new French Oak from the Tronçais Forest. A very round wine that deserved to be in this Reserve-only bottling. It has tropical notes of passion fruit and pineapple in a full-bodied, long and mild buttery finish.
