Just 50 cases exist of this 100% Dijon Clone 777 Pinot Noir that was harvested from the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA of Monterey County. This wine aged in 100% new French Oak from the Tronçais Forest and made with French yeast using European wine techniques. A huge aroma of spice and fresh fruit lead to flavors of bright cherry, potpourri and cola in a long Burgundian-like finish.
